Copy the serial number into something like textedit 5. Now copy the serial number into your installer Sometimes an extra space or character gets copied into the serial number slot causing issues Up 0 Down Reply Cancel.

Thank you much for developing this breakthrough app. Mac上でAdobe Photoshopを使って作業をする場合、範囲選択がとても楽になりました。 ただAstropadをつないだ状態でMacの画面を触る際には若干マウスカーソルの動きに引っかかりが出てしまうのがストレスではあります。おそらくはAstropadにて表示しているiPad上でのエリアとの兼ね合いがあってどうしようもないのかも知れませんが。. こちらiPad proとmac airを使って居るものです。クリスタのfor ipadが買い切りではなく月額制なので、macにダウンロードし使う目的で買いました。レスポンスは早く特に気になりませんが、ipad で見た場合の画質と色味がだいぶ違います。画質はなかなかぼやけていて、水彩ブラシを使った場合パキパキしてるのかふんわりしているのかよくわからない状況です。色味は赤などの鮮やかな色はくすみがよく目立ちます。もちろん、macで確認すれば良いのですが画質もうちょっとどうにかなりませんかね…そこだけが残念です.
